This is a beautiful area where the residents can sit and bask in the sun or under the gazebo and take in the peek-a-boo Phantom Lake views year round. In the winter months you may find a residents roasting marshmallows and sipping hot chocolate.

All rooms are private with private/semi-private baths. Hardwood floor throughout. Rooms come furnished or if resident wishes they can furnish themselves. “Hi-low beds” are available for resident safety as well as comfort.
